Welcome to Into CodeVinci, a platform managed by the CodeVinci. By participating in the competition or using this CTFd instance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use the platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

This platform is intended solely for participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions organized by CodeVinci, for educational, training, and competitive purposes in the field of cybersecurity. Use of the platform for any unauthorized or illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts

• Each participant must create a personal account.
• The information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the CodeVinci immediately.

4. Participant Conduct

All participants must maintain ethical and respectful behavior throughout the competition. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Attacking, disrupting, or interfering with the platform infrastructure or other participants’ systems;
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the CTFd platform or organizer infrastructure;
• Sharing flags, solutions, or exploits with other participants outside your team;
• Using automated tools or brute-force attacks against unauthorized services;
• Attempting to compromise the privacy or data of other users.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate disqualification and, in severe cases, legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to challenges, text, design, logos, and code — is the property of CodeVinci or its respective authors and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without written permission is strictly forbidden.

6. Data Collection and Usage

During participation, the platform may collect certain technical data, such as:

• IP address, scores, and submission timestamps;
• Information provided during registration.

These data are used solely for competition management purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The CodeVinci assumes no responsibility for:

• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform;
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical malfunctions;
• Misconduct by participants.

You use the platform at your own risk.

8. Changes to the Terms

The CodeVinci reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be published on the platform and become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
